Great location in the heart of the town, close to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff and clean rooms with a useful boot room for our ski equipment.

The noisy street made it hard to sleep at night, and the outdated rooms lacked atmosphere. poor service was experienced since the hotel failed to fix the non-existent wireless connection in our room even though we requested it.

The Christmas atmosphere was amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, making us feel at home. The breakfast and dinner was top-notch and absolutely delicious. We especially loved the cozy fireplaces and the beautiful decor.

The rooms were a bit outdated and the wireless internet was not working very well, which was a bit frustrating. the noise from the main road was a bit too much and made it difficult to sleep at times.
